Under development in 6 years or 1 year?

What happened to the budget allocated to the Ministry of Niger Delta every year?
What about NDDC? etc

All these positions are being shared person by their people. But we know that these people are being prosecute for CORRUPTION charges recently for misappropriation of the fund for the development of these area.
 
NDA are only fighting for their SELFISH INTEREST  and not for the COMMUNITY.
