Only in Nigeria. How on earth would u go after a lawyer whose job is "fight to win" a case in favor of his/her client? I would rather suggest that any judge who accepts bribe or kickback to rule a case in favor of a clearly known looter be given a capital punishment, not lawyers. Also, I would suggest that federal offenses be handled by only federal judges, that way, they may (just may not) not sweep cases under the rugs. If a federal judge and jurors allow a lawyer the opportunity to prove his/her case beyond doubt with substantial and preponderance of evidence, then the law has taken its course.

The last time I checked, clauses in our criminal laws and constitution have more than one meaning. Insulting people will not change the law. Lawyers are trained to find loopholes and interprete the law to suit their clients. If the government has no copy of any document why won't people forge it?
