Students In Oyo State Take To The Streets To Protest Privatization Of Public Schools

Secondary school students in Oyo state are presently staging a protest against the planned privatization of their public schools. Due to the dwindling economy of the state, the state government had planned to invite some private individuals to financially manage the schools. Teachers in the schools have rejected these plans. Some of the protesting students were seen carrying "No To Return of Schools" placards. See more photos below...
