A man has shocked many after he stormed a bank in Ogun State and began destroying cars and bank doors.
A man shocked many after he stormed a bank and began smashing car windshields and glass doors in Sango-Ota branch of a first generation bank. The incident happened in Ogun State.
The man claimed that God instructed him to engage in the violent conduct. He was later identified as Oyediran Oladipupo.
Security men had to step in and bring him under control as he was prevented from barging into the bank to unleash mayhem.
According to eyewitnesses, the incident caused panic among bank customers who had thought it was armed robbers.
Policemen from Sango Area Command stormed the bank and promptly arrested him. The state Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, confirmed the incident and said: “A man who was later identified as Oyediran Oladipupo was said to have gone to the bank (name withheld) at Temidire in Sango-Ota this afternoon.
“He was reported to have started smashing cars’ windshields and the bank’s glass doors. The management of the bank had called on policemen from the nearby Sango Police Station and the suspect was promptly arrested.
“When interrogated, the man said, ‘It’s God that sent me to do what I did.'”
Oyeyemi, an Assistant Superintendent of Police, said the suspect would be charged to court for malicious damage after investigation

Lord ! God has spoken to him .Oh Jah deliver us from self inflicted misfortune . He don smoke tire under the burning temperature . Then he think banks are Babylon that must be brought down .
