People's Democratic Party chieftain, Governor Nyesom Wike who is one of the most influential politicians in the South-south region of Nigeria was caught on camera 'chasing his dreams' in broad daylight as a prestigious event progressed. The event took place at Emohua which is one of the remote areas in Rivers State. Wike sat beside a former National Vice Chairman of the PDP, Uche Secondus. A social media user named Pegonu Peace claimed Mr. Wike snored loudly during the event.

 "God is not a man that he should lie... This Rumuepirikome called wike went to Emohua yesterday and told Emohua people not to Vote for Chief. Andrew Igbonule Uchendu for Senate that Uchendu will sleep in the Senate Ladies and Gentlemen, God proved wike wrong, Eli Emohua humbled wike when he started sleeping and snoring to the tune of public disturbance if not for Uche Secondus who kept waking him up with his right hand repeatedly watch the closeness of their hand shame on wine!
