An Abuja Federal High Court, on Thursday denied leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, bail.
Recall that Kanu, alongside Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi, were re- arraigned by the Federal Government on charges bordering on terrorism, treasonable felony and publication of defamatory matter.
However, the justice Binta Nyako-led court held that the offences Kanu and others were standing trial for were not entirely bailable.

Nnamdi 'Scapegoat' Kanu.... I am sure he is a good man, may be with a fantastic idea in a wrong way. He could underestimate the Nigerian Government because he thought being partly British will make them to come to his rescure. He also expected much from his brothers, here in Nigeria, than all these "We no go gree syndrome on social media" Finally, he was relying on the judiciary that are currently being blackmailed for their exploits during the free trade regime. Sorry my dear brother, all these people cannot help you. I still remember one of the requests by the elders of the Niger-Delta that they should be given oil blocks which, i believe, they couldn't get when their brother was in power. So I believe an average Nigerian is selfish and instead of seeking for the release of Nnamdi Kanu may request for contracts, oil blocks, ministerial appointments or even creation of states.

You make sense to an extent.
