A couple who were caught having sex in an empty room a tenant just packed out from at 18 Joe Ayinka Street in Ejigbo, Lagos, are now being prosecuted in court for trespassing.
The 35-year-old homeless husband from Imo State, Ifeanyi Nwaogo and his wife, Esther were caught in the act by the Landlord of the apartment, who got them arrested.
When being reached out to by PM Express, Mr. Ifeanyi said his uneployment status rendered
him homeless, and that since last year he was forced out of the apartment he was on rent, he has not had sex with his wife.
He went on to disclose that his high libido made him force the door open to have sex with his wife, before being caught by the landlord who raised an alarm.
The couple who were arraigned in court today, said they explained their challenges to the landlord and also told him that they didn't damage any property, which he paid a deaf ear to.
