Yo Naijapals!
You are a man with a jobless daughter and son in law. An opportunity presents itself where you are allowed to put one of them each in an oil company with salary of 650k and one in a ministry with salary of 135k. Who will you put in oil company or ministry? Son in law or daughter?

Son in-inlaw, son in-law............easier said than done. Most people will place their daughter higher than the son -inlaw but won't admit it now.

Knowing what I know now about women, I'd give the oil company job to my son-in-law.......... so that I don't wreck my daughter's marriage, because I won't accept her back home. Simple!

Well, the oil company is a kind of contract job and a kind of hard work for women..............
The ministry is soft for the woman............this is not based on salary...........and woman make good use of money, big or small.
Ministry to the woman..............oil company to the man

If giving consideration for the most qualified in terms of certificate is an option, the suitably qualified will go for the right one. Otherwise, son in-law can just be as good as getting the job.
