look my dear sister , take my advice , don,t do that now , words of elders are words of wisdom , property is very easy to dispose but very hard to obtains , yoy can get the evicted in absential , but never disposes your property in absential . i am talking to you right now from an experience from some body so close to me that disapointed me of recent . ok  my dear ??
