MEMO- To whom it May Concern/Lagos State Commissioner For Health
SUBJECT - The Randle General Maternity and Paediatric Hospital, Gbaja Surulere.
I want to bring to the notice of the Lagos State Commissioner for health the state of the Female general Toilet at the above mentioned Hospital The pictures attached (above and below) are the current state of the Female general toilet in The Randle General Maternity and Paediatric Hospital, Gbaja Surulere.
The toilets are dirty,smelly and look like this 24/7 although inside the hospital itself is clean. Here is hoping that the Commissioner for Health will do something about this if this memo is brought to his Attention..We need positive change please....This is HORRIBLE!!!
