I don't think bride price is link to baby mama. Some women just chose to be baby mama because there is the saying that if you can't stand the heat, don't go to the kitchen. Secondly, some lady, in the quest to tie the man down, will decide to take in for him even when he hasn't promised marriage. Others are baby mama, because they are getting old and or their age mates and friends are getting married or having kids, will decide to get pregnant with any man just to 'belong'.
Ask for the Edo girls whose bride price is just 24 Naira but has a record number of baby mama. As far as Nigeria is concerned, Benin girls are highest in baby mama. Come Europe, you will see them. Check their facebook. What you will see is her pictures with her kid(s), never the man because there is none. In fact only about 10% of Benin girls get married especially in Europe.
As for my Igbo people, please change your tradition. No need to insult anyone here. The world already know your exorbitant bide price. Its not something to hide. make una tune down a bit. Lets stop this money money attitude we have in Nigeria. Only Igbos of all Nigerians have women who are now old and still can't find a husband. This must stop this year 2018.
