TOO BAD! Properties Worth Millions Of Naira Destroy As Hausa, Yoruba Communities Clash In Ondo

Properties worth millions of Naira were destroyed in a clash between Yoruba and Hausa communities in the Sabo area of Akure, Ondo state yesterday April 22nd.
According to reports, trouble started when the followers of a Yoruba masquerade attempted to disrupt the business activities of Hausa grocery traders along Old garage road when their masquerade was moving around.
This was resisted by the Hausas who engaged the masquerade followers in a heated argument that soon degenarated into a fight. Soon after, some properties including cars, motorcycles and other valuables were set on fire.
Confirming the clash, the state police public relations officer, Femi Joseph, said the situation has been brought uder control. He said the police is now in search of those that started the clash...

Hausa people hardly loose in things like this. They don't have properties so they end up destroying people's own.zaki will never condemn this act .
