Alot of singles in Nigeria.... what is the cause? (Page 17)

I quite agree to some opinions here that poverty is pivotal to a lot of singles in Nigeria. On the female side, it's more pronounced principally because of their romantic attitudinal myopism and greed. Some ladies want to live above their means; some want to drive jeeps when their parents never rode bikes. True love no longer exist in their dictionary. No man wants to associate himself with a lady he envisages he cannot maintain.  For some men (singles), they want to showcase the highest and most attended traditional or white wedding when they can't afford three square meals daily - failing to cut their coat according to their sizes. A lot more factors exist that cannot be exaustively be handled here. With LOVE more singles become more couples faster.

sorry sir not in all cases is poverty n oppression. we av enuff guys too who are gold diggers but wat i feel is the problem is distrust. we, both sexes dont trust the other at all. thereby wasting time to get what they want. later becoming desperate which is mostly not good for the ladies.
