a man named Chineye Okolie has been dragged to magistrate court in onitsha over an allegation of stealing female panties valued at 250naira only for the purpose of using it for rituals, this is the first time since the stealing of pants goes viral that a culprit will be presented in court.

They should pass it into law bcos this stealing of female pants have bcom something I don't understand and why is it that all native doctors now is only female pants ritual they are doing now ?
