Can you imagine turning up late to work on your first day? Well, some of the world's highest paid politicians are the only set of people to dare such a move. The new National Assembly houses were inaugurated in today and surprise surprise! Some of the legislators were spotted sleeping just few minutes into their first seating, we have this rather embarssaing shot of a female Legislator that was deep asleep during the first session!  You can only do this when you know your pay is asured!
