I was a very shy person b/4 but som1 taught me how 2 overcome it.....anytime you r  talking 2 pple don't look down look at pple straight i.e always maintain eye 2 eye contact is not easy 2 start but wth determination u can achieve any thing.Best of luck

Don't worry if l was able 2 over come mine "YOU CAN"  just try it bit by bit. Do U know that only U can finish one Elephant!!!!!!!.By cutting a piece at a time,b/4 u  know it u could have finish it.
