OAP Dotun Reveals That Woman Who Locked Her Nephew In a Dog Cage Has Been Arrested

OAP Dotun reveals that the woman filmed flogging a boy and locking him in a dog cage has been found and arrested. Dotun said the woman was caught today and she will be charged. He added that the boy will be placed in a shelter until the case is resolved.
