CAMOUFLAGE wear was INVENTED BY THE FRENCH in around 1914. The tactic was to BLEND into the surrounding landscape. And was first worn in 1915.

It is ILLEGAL to wear camouflage in Antigua, Barbados, Grenada, Jamaica, NIGERIA, Oman, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, St Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Zambia AND Zimbabwe.

It is BANNED generally because of the FEAR OF CONFUSION, REBELLION OR SUPPORT OF TERRORIST ORGANISATIONS.

So from the list of countries who are BANNING the wear - you can deduce their governments are UNSTABLE and fear uprisings or CRIME WAVES.

In DEVELOPED countries wearing camouflage is the new fashion.

Give Nigeria time and they will ban  LEOPARD PRINT!!!!

OTHERS COUNTRIES INVENT - NIGERIA BANS!!!!
