
A recent report by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation indicates that African languages on the continent are facing a serious threat of extinction within the next 20 years.
Realizing his failure in this, Nigerian singer, Sound Sultan is retracing his steps. The father of two took to his social media page to lament neglecting his cultural heritage while ensuring his children are properly trained in how to speak excellent Queen’s English.
According to him, his native language, Yoruba has become the common language that would be spoken in his house.
