I think u shouldn't condemn ur partner because how he or she is.....instead u can try 2 talk 2 dem about it.
Maybe they don't feel comfortable with some kinda 'touches'....maybe it's somefin 2 do wif insecurity or some psychological issue.
You never know so...i'm sure @ some point u should know whether ur partner love's u or not.
Obviously i am not talking about NO touching @ all but all dem 'romantic' kinda touches.
