Nigerian-born Silas Adekunle is taking over the robotics world with a groundbreaking innovation.

Silas Adekunle is a Nigerian inventor technology entrepreneur. He was born and had some of his education in Nigeria before relocating to the United Kingdom. Subsequently after his secondary school education, he went ahead and earned a first class degree in Robotics from the university of the West of England.

He is the co-founder of Reach Robotics an augmented reality gaming company that creates robots for gaming and STEM education. The aim of the company is to infuse gaming and augmented reality to perform functions.

In 2017, Adekunle innovated Mekamon the first world’s gaming robot and a part of its unique feature is the ability to customize the gaming bot to perform personalized functions. Despite being hit by disbelief when he was seeking funds, his initial launch of MekaMon sold 500 bits, generating $7.5 million. Little wonder why he mentioned in an interview that the secrets to his success are “Perseverance, balance, shared ideas, time management and being one’s self”

Silas Adekunle met with the vice president of Nigeria, Yemi Osinbajo at the presidential villa.

Silas Adekunle is a young Nigerian Inventor and technology entrepreneur, is known for creating the world’s first intelligent gaming robot along with his team made a presentation to the VP.
