CAN SNORING RUIN YOUR RELATIONSHIP ?? (Page 2)

I feel it may constitute strains and stresses on a relationship that when handled in immaturity and insensitivity could lead to the ruin of a would-av-been-good relationship.

There are many ways to manage and correct snoring. Some are pretty easy. the first thing to do is find out why Ur spouse snores then find out how to help change that. Sometimes they don't even have to know U are working on them; like if it's the kind that comes from exhaustion from work, all U could do is provided more rest to them when they get home before they fall asleep.

Relationships can be perfect when the proper attitude is brought to them and both parties are willing to work at it.

If the snoring comes as a result of blockages in the nasal or respiratory cavity then medical help could be sought too.

Sometimes it's just better to let "little things" be cos in trying to rectify them, big things may arise.
