The mother made a mistake by listening to her neighbour and I'm sure she'll live with that guilty for the rest of her life. The nurse should be charged with either second degree murder or manslaughter, but they need to thoroughly investigate to find out whether the intent was there to figure out which charge she should get. But she should be charged. And her license should be revoked. The doctor also has to pay, like how the heck can you reject a sick patient? His license should also be revoked. Take it away  !! As a doctor, you’ve a duty to protect health and people have the right to have their health protected by you (but this Nigeria we’re talking about here…these type of standards don’t exist, sadly). If you can’t do your job or you're afraid to attend to a patient for whatever the reason, then hang up your coat and go home!! What a pretty little girl. RIP.
