Tell her to go see a doctor. She might have an infection that is inactive until during/after segxwal activity...
If she doesn't like doctors she can see a pastor to tell her she's better not having sex with a man she's not married to. She has more to loose.

honeypotl itching isn't necessarily a sign of an STD that was transmitted segxwally. It could be something she picked up from another girl she shares a toilet with or from a public toilet.
She should get him to see a doctor too just in case or he should see a doctor too.
