if the gal voice it out and the dude propose that means the gurl did.
but technically, the girl didn't propose. she only voiced her fear & if the guy later proposed, thn he luvs & really didn't wnt to loose her. i thnk its better tht way thn for a girl to propose. u see, we guys ar weird creatures, somtimes we need to be pushed b4 we finally do wht we wnted to do frm our hearts. most times, we are just nt so sure abt things relating to relationships & marriage. but on other aspects, we ar experts in decision making. I don't see anything wrong if a gurl proposes to a man she is in love with. good luck then. u go fear reaction now
