This incident happened somewhere in Ijesha area of Lagos State. The policemen attached to the Nigeria Police special squad 'Operation Puff Adder’ who stormed the scene in patrol vans, arrested the bribe-taking officers. The Arrest didnt just happen as there were lots of drama to the surprise of on lookers... The video has since gone viral since it surfaced.
