marriage is an angreement between two person, so if they agreed that is their choice citizen or no citizen marriage is marriage if they understand themslves.

Yes it is a SIN because marriage is sacred & all marriage is recorded in heaven. So u better think twice b4 getting married to any one, contract or real it will be double sin when u divorce.

IT VERY VERY BAD. IT DEGRADE AND RUBBISH COURTSHIP OF MARRIAGE. PPL WHO INDULGE IN SUCH ACT SHOULD BE LUCK UP 4 AT LEAST 3YRS.
