The Cocoa Affairs Circuit Court 6 witnessed the trial of The Republic versus Mensah Tekporh who is being charged with defrauding by false pretences under the Section 131 of Act29/60. The suspect was rearrested around America House at East Legon by the detective investigating the case. He was on a bench warrant arrest.
