Osun Amotekun Operatives Arrest Five Armed Robbers in The State

Operatives of Osun State’s Amotekun have arrested five suspected armed robbers who carried out a robbery operation at Iragbiji on Saturday.

Earlier, two of the five-man gang were arrested at Iragbiji where the robbery took place while others fled to Owena-ijesa.

Following a tip-off from members of the public, Amotekun ad-hoc men at Owena boundary on Sunday arrested another two members of the group, Kazeem Ridwan and Taiwo Olanrewaju.

According to the information the men of Amotekun on Monday morning apprehended the remaining suspects.

The suspected armed robbers have been handed over to the police for further investigation.
