D'banj seems to be getting into more trouble than musical hits this year. While still battling with his court case on a rape allegation, the Nigerian singer has gone ahead to host a private party in Abuja where the city's lockdown rule has prevented such gatherings. D'banj is not the first artist to have problem with the lockdown rule, Naira marley has been am offender twice after hosting a party in Lagos and in Abuja. It is left to see what the government will do about this situation, perhaps he might be let free due to his status or used as an example for others who plan to flaunt the city's orders.
