From what I can see, it's like this poor Cameroonians heard abt the man and came over unannounced to the man. Of course if you are stranded anywhere in the world, hoodlums must take advantage of that, not only Lagos. I don't think the man has a hand in the molesting or victimisation of any crazy person. Let him do his job, good or bad, of course judge is still some moments ahead, not now.
