There was a mild commotion Okpanam Delta state after a young man suspected to be a fraudster was caught red-handed stealing another person's excreta.

According to the eye witness, the action of the man was meant for ritual purpose.

The suspect reportedly came into the Delta community from Anambra state and was caught red-handed in the act by some vigilante members.
