Nigerians should now be ashamed of themselves foir blaming this Government. Somehow, one may blame this on what happened during the Military Era when IBB and Abacha were bribing Officers and Men in the name of IBB and Abacha Welfare Scheme, instead of calling it IabB and Abacha Bribes.
