A man went to his doctor to complain about his inability to sleep at night.
"Doc, i can't sleep anymore" he complains. "I've tried everything, but i just toss and turn".
"you have to relax", the doctor explains. Try putting each part of your body to sleep separately".
That night,the man crawls into bed, gets confortable and starts talking to his body.
"Toes, go to sleep", he whispers. "Feet, go to sleep, leg, go to sleep."
Just then, his wife comes in, wearing a see-through nighties. The man opens one eye, then lifts his
head from the pillow. "Ok", he shouts, "Up, Up, Up. . . every body up!"
