Prominent Islamic Preacher, Sheik Bashir Mustapha, Killed By Boko Haram Militant

Boko Haram militants struck again this morning in ancient city of Maiduguri as they shot and killed a prominent Islamic preacher, Sheik Bashir Mustapha, in the  in front of his house.

The eminent Islamic scholar was critical of the Boko Haram sect and also close ally of the Borno State governor Ali Modu Sheriff. Eyewitnesses told Saharareporters that  one of Sheik Bahir's student died of gunshot wounds. The  preacher lives in the  Gwande area of Maiduguri.

Two police officers were also killed in the audacious early morning raid near the GRA part of the city near the police commissioner's home on Damboa road. The daylight killings left residents cowering in their respective homes.

u r mistaken..doz r nt muslims but HYPOCRITE claimin 2 b muslims, hw would a gud nd practicing Muslim kill a SHEIK..wen he knows who dey r..nd if ur to check dere nationality u will find out dat dey r from NIGER, CHAD, SUDAN etc doz guyz r used by d politician 2 cause havoc in our country since dey av no identity nd culd nt b traced..our immigration r nt up2 dere task..dere r lot of immigrant in 9ja..

The truth lies beside this comment.
  I have witness a Scene how Multiple Niger enter Nigeria through Ilaila village of Sokoto state.
with Motor cycles all in the name of Islamic brothers this people are not asked a single question nether Passport not to talk of other bordering states that border the sahara nations around us governing by Moslem's.
of which the whole world recognised Sahara Desert is the desert Emirates of terrorist', and Smugglers..( Meaning Usama Cool it's self can be located there ).
if Nigeria Government did not restructure his Immigration policy or review tighten this border linkage,,,,Humm ::)mmm....Consider Nigeria a safe heaven for this nuisance diabolical people.
And a possible lunch pad to target the westerners visiting, residing and working there.
 May the Islamic preacher, Shiek soul rest in peace...
