That soldier should be sent to Sambisa forest. I do not blame him if  DHQ said they used blank armour in Lekki, and Buratai with no sense of direction. Flogging an indecent person is the work of a soldier?. That is why nothing is progressing in Nigeria . No one knows his or her duty. Every one is moving around, busy-body.
