Video:Police Officer Knocks Aged Man To The Floor During Heated Confrontation About Hit And Run

According to the narrator in this video, this aged man caused an accident and drove away. He was later approached with a Police Officer on sight and during a confrontation, the officer grabbed a phone from his hand whilst he was attempting to make a call upon query.
The aged man later attacked the officer for his phone but ended up on the floor after the officer knocked him down.
