Umm nothing will keep a man that doesn't want to be kept. You can kill yourself trying to do better things if you want or to compete with the mistress.  But if his feeling and heart is somewhere else. There is nothing you can do or say to bring him back because he won't even notice the difference you're trying to make.. Unless it didn't work out with him and the other lady then he will try to come back to you. If he truly loves you and you are his life and heart. Nothing another female can do to take that and he will reject all. A man is always going to be where he wants to no matter what. Once he strays and you know it for sure. Just let him go because you will be wasting your time trying to keep him solely with you; or accept sharing him with the mistress.
