The Nigerian president, through his official Twitter account, has congratulated Joe Biden as he was announced the winner of the United States 2020 presidential election.

So Buhari, you believe in democracy, was your own democracy, and all the supreme court governors here and there in Nigeria, were they democracy? Liars and confusion APC Government. Did you see any gone shots during voting, killings and kidnappings, ballot snatchings. After peaceful protest, participants accounts are frozen, organizers are been arrested, passports are been seized, is that democracy. The truth will prevail one day and nothing will stop it, GOD is watching and  the wicked will never go unpunished.
