BREAKING! Court Grants DCP Abba Kyari Bail After 27 Months in Detention

The Federal High Court in Abuja has granted DCP Abba Kyari, the former commander of the Force Intelligence Response Team, a temporary bail of two weeks.

This decision comes after Kyari had spent 27 months in detention.

The court's allowance will enable Kyari to attend to and conclude his mother's burial rites.

Kyari was detained following his arrest on February 14, 2022, in connection with drug-related charges brought against him by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).

 The court has scheduled a hearing for Friday, May 31, to determine the outcome of his bail application related to these charges.

Yet, they cannot grant Nnamdi Kanu Bail, he was in jail when his father and mother died and buried. Granting Kyari bail for his mother's is a cock and bull story as his is closed
