Singers Tem and Omah lay are likely to face a 7-years jail sentence in Uganda prison for organising an unlawful concert

According to Uganda law, any negligency that will lead to the spread of infectious diseases according to C/S 171 of the Penal Code Act will serve 7-year jail term.

The unauthorised concert was held in Ddungu Resort in Munyonyo, Kampala City.

The singers are currently under remand and will be arranged before the court on Wednesday 16 December 2020.
