Crime is becoming an embarrassing feature of UK life. It makes one wonder if it's actually safe to bring up children in the UK. The question here for me is: what is a 15 years old boy doing outside at such early hours? Where were the parents at this time? Anyway,
may his soul rest in perfect peace and may the perpetrators be brought to book.
