I learnt that Buhari Flags Off $1.96bn Kano-Maradi Rail Line, ordering the Ministries of Transportation and Finance to conclude financial arrangements for the construction of West-East Coastal rail line from Lagos to Calabar, linking some major cities in South East and South South

So in conclusion we are Expecting to see a better Nigeria in 2023 2 years from now
can anyone explain in the details How this will benefit the citizen significantly
