....28yrs old lady still urinating at night...

i feel awkward to find out dat, a 28yrs old beautiful young lady still urinate at night. My ppl, wat might be d cause? Wat can she do about it? How can this be stopped? I still think it is a spiritual problem.but watever it may b,dis lady needs help. Wat can she do?

Some tips.
1. Urinating b4 going to bed
2. Limiting liquids and caffeine consumption during evening periods
3. Exercises (aimed at stomach,back n pelvis)
4. Eliminating stress / lack of sleep
5. Setting wake up alarms.This will enable her to wake up and WEE WEE b4 d deed is done

Tell her sey if she do am again u go carry snake tie for her waist during sleep in the night, Fear will not allow her do it again & u don cure m be tht. Gud luck!
