urinary incontinence or an over active bladder are the most like causes...Most people produce most of their urine during the day and very little at night. Some people who wet the bed produce urine at a constant rate throughout the day and night, and this may explain why the bladder needs emptying at night (although not why you don't wake).  desmopressin could be of great help at night or the lady can start using a urinary catheter if she feels like it

patient suffering from enuresis( night bedwetting), need way more that just the medications, a psychological therapy is also required bcus they tend to be low self esteemed, its actually not their fault as this condition is mostly due to developmental delays or abnormalities ( surgery can be done to correct this ), hormonal inbalance ( over production in the hormone responsible for producing urine), stress, genetic predisposition ( if parents were bedwetters, your chances increases), UTI and a whole array of other causes.
treatment is majorly targeted at reducing this urine producing hormone, the patients has to understand their urinating habits and set a bedwetting alarm,

She needs To see a gynocologist or some kind of medical doctor as she has some kind of bladder condition or infection she is unaware of which has caused her to be experiencing incontinence ,it can be treated and cured .  And stop being silly about it being a spiritual problem she needs to see a doctor ASAP before it gets worse.
