761 Bottles of Alcohol Confiscated, Six Dealers Arrested By Hisba in Jigawa

Hisbah Command says it has confiscated seven hundred and sixty one bottles of alcohol and arrested six person in Jigawa State.

This was contained in a press statement signed by the Command`s Public Relations Officer, Malam Muhammad Saleh Korau, issued in Dutse.

He said the arrest was in two separate raids carried out in two local Government areas of Birnin kudu and Gumel.

The statement said three hundred and eight bottles of alcoholic drink were confiscated at Gumel, while four hundred and fifty three was confiscated at Birnin kudu towns.

It said six person have been arrested out of which three were male and other three were females.

Korau said the Command had handed over the arrested persons and the alcohol to the Police for further investigation and prosecution of the suspects.

The state Hisbah Commander, Ustas Ibrahim Dahiru Garki said the Command will not hesitate to confiscate and arrest anyone found involving in acts capable of ruining the society.

After collecting tax on the said alcoholic drinks, the Northern government went back using their pet police called Isbah to confiscate and arrest dealers. In a circular country, you northerners wickedly created sharia laws in the North, and blame the Southern governors for coming together to ban open greasing, demanding for restructuring and state policing which will restore peace and benefit the whole country. Aka nshi unu ga aba unu na onu.

Stealing by failed government in power. Sharing of 761 bottles of confiscated alcohol as follows : 300 bottles to the governor, 200 bottles to local government chairmen, 100 bottles to army commander, 100 bottles to the commissioner of police and 61 bottles to the officers of Hisba. Shame on you people for stealing the citizens means of living hood.
