The federal government has expressed appreciation to the organised labour for suspending its ongoing three days national warning strike over national minimum wage.
Mr Emeka Nwogu, minister of labour and productivity thanked the national labour congress NLC and trade union congress TUC, for calling off the warning strike it started today.
Briefing the state house correspondents at the end of the Federal Executive Council (FEC), the minister said that the labour's decision to shelve the strike was a demonstration of patriotic spirit of the labour leaders.
While thanking well meaning Nigerians and political leaders for intervening in the strike, the minister maintained that government will do its own part of the bargain to ensure that labour's demand was met

yes it's true that labour has suspended the strike but in some states it is still very active and that's quite really unfortunate for the people living in those areas. Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

But PHCN is back to work. Or are they doing
