Nollywood actress and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh has sparked reactions from fans with a photo of her body before and after Brazillian Butt surgery.

In the post shared on Instagram, Tonto Dikeh said someone asked her why she did surgery and responded with her throwback photo accompanied by the song ‘Coming in Hot’ by Lacrea and Andy Mineo.

Tonto Dikeh added that with the song, she hopes to have answered the question.

She wrote:

As expected, fans of the actress stormed the comment section reacting differently. While some gushed over her stating the difference is clear, others commended her confidence for being truthful about her body surgery.
