Necessity, they say, is the father of invention. If there is a lesson, we all have to take from the ongoing pandemic, it is the fact that technology will take over everything. By everything, I mean EVERYTHING. Our traditional savings and thrift now have online versions; anything can now be bought online, including toilet rolls. Stocks and shares that were once exclusive to the rich have now been democratised and available to anyone at their fingertips. All thanks to technological inventions. Technological Innovations were at their all-time high during this pandemic.

Education was left behind. Yes, for most people, education was left behind. Schools closed, and students were free to roam.

We (Educators) did not reinvent ourselves. That is the reality for most of us. While the rich went straight to online platforms like Zoom and the likes, it took over six months for most of us to realize laying at home cannot be the new normal.

This lack of innovation was evident in the last JAMB/UTME result. Just 15% of those that participated in the examination passed.

People can blame whoever they want to blame, but the main question is, after sitting down at home for months, do we expect the kids to perform better.

That is why educators need to do better. We have to be prepared for the future, and this future is a lot more reliant on technology. We need to understand this and put ourselves in the best position to take advantage of this.

Earlier, I have talked about the AI-Enabled Teachers Of Nigeria. Without a doubt, this is the best group you can join to keep aBosom  of current events and equip yourself for the future. They offer free training, seminars, and conferences for educators and offer fast and reliable access to cutting-edge technologies in the education sector. This is one of the kindest gestures towards the Education sector. Imagine all these for free. Now there is a conference coming up soon.

It explains what is needed as we transition from brick and mortar schooling to remote/online education.

The transition from physical classes to a remote learning environment is not an easy feat. Learn How Artificial Intelligence enables inclusive and personalized education at the 2021 AI-enabled Teachers Conference for all teachers and educators.

This free virtual conference will hold on the 25th of August 2021 from 11 am-1 pm on ZOOM and will equip teachers with all the knowledge required to deliver practical online classes using artificial intelligence in these current times.

Attendance is free, but registration is required. Register now by clicking on www.aienabledteachers.com

I agree with you. I believe that the most important thing in education is quality and efficiency. I like studying, although sometimes it brings a lot of stress. Recently, I needed to prepare a research project and this source helped me with this https://writemyessayonline.com/ In such quality and fast way, I definitely would not have done this, especially since I had very little time left to prepare.
