I HAVE BEEN CONFUSE ON THIS SUBJECT,CAN U PEOPLE TELL ME THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE HOLY SPIRIT AND OUR CONSCIENCE ?

You are born with your conscience, you are not born with the Holy Spirit.  The Holy spirit is a gift bestowed upon you when you become enlightened, or in simple terms, when you are completely aligned in every way with the Divine Creator and sustaining force of the Universe.  This is what spiritual ppl are seeking and searching for in their various journeys of spirit.   It is a light that brings wisdom, peace, joy and that sweet perfume will live on you as long as you remain in complete alignment.  That light will shine out and all the world will know the Holy spirit is upon you.

but there are alot of people that there concience is not working,they no longer feel remorse when they do evil and they derive joy in doing it,does it mean that they were not born with conscience aswell?

THE HOLY SPIRIT COMMUNICATE WITH THIS PART OF YOU IF YOU ALLOW. YOU CAN ALSO ALLOW THIS PART OF YOU TO DOMINATE YOUR LIFE.
